Battle CTD
I have played a battle several times and everytime just before the lolading screen sends me back to the campaign map after the battle i get a ctd. "medieval II total war has encountered an unspecified error".Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
above is the last portion of my log. (doesnt metion the crash for soem reason)
-am using vista
-m2tw 1.3
-other mods but they are all installed in mods folder
-fcok is installed in it's own folder in main m2tw directory

Where is the battle? Is it a bridge battle in the south west of England (cornwall)?

Yes there is a problem there.
Something to do with Cornish Fairies or something!

just stay off that particular bridge,it doesnt occur on any other. and the cornish are going to be after you wildfowler! they take their faeries very seriously.
