No, trade resources are limited to 26 and they are all in use, so you can only replace existing ones by changing the textual description, the value and the strat-map model. HERE is an easy to follow tutorial.

Well to be precise, as you didn't say if this was for vanilla or not, in vanilla only 23 of the 26 are actually in use in the campaign, though all are defined, so you have three you can play around with.

using this topic (cause it's about resources), when i need to add a hidden resource (an unit), i need to put in export _descr_buildings the name of the city or it can be any name?
The hidden resource can have any valid name (no spaces, special characters, not an existing name etc) when you declare it, at the top of EDB. When you assign it to a region (in descr_regions.txt) or use it (in export_descr_buildings.txt) you need to use the same name, of course.
