Should the government be concerned at all about this? There will be definite a rise in "hate" crimes in the U.S., but is there even a slight of rioting or rebellion. Is there anything that can be done? Or should we just let be people....be people?

Id say it has more to do with current economic downturn rather then anything. The poor (and hence less educated) are impacted the most so they are going to look for something to blame and idiots will prey on that uncertainty that young people will face. So no I dont consider it much to be worried about, these idiots always make alot of noise but that is almost always the limit to it. Its funny the media is moving down this line, guess cause it makes for fun headlines but yet the we've endured years of idiot black nationalist getting on CSPAN talking about how white people need to be exterminated

Has everything to do with it...ever see the typical white supremacist member? These guys are pretty much bottom of barrel, old white guys in crap jobs trying to grab some power/influence by bringing white youth into their nonsense. The anger you describe imo has far more to do with uncertain feel the future has right now...and people grasp at straws when that happens as history has shown. Its the same when you see poor, angry black youths looking at "whitey" holding them back.
