No, it has to do with racism. There are a lot of Arabic origin Muslims/Christians/Jews in Israel and these new Jewish-neo Nazis are mostly consider themselves 'white' and doesn't tolerate middle-eastern Semitic people, even though it's sort of a hypocrisy. Most of these "Nazi-Jews" come from the former Soviet Union/Eastern Europe and consider themselves more European than Jews, and probably more like atheists , not religious Jews.

There are a significant number of "self-hating" Jews. Most of them are either college professors or college students. Sadly, many of them are Jews who grew up being persecuted and were forced to hate themselves to fit in; this is especially true in America (contrary to popular belief, many Americans still don't like Jews). Most self-hating Jews are in social groups that don't love Jews for a variety of reasons (e.g. college professors).

A self-hating Jew can be compared to an Uncle Tom which is a black person that refuses to recognize their blackness (e.g. Clarence Thomas). The similarity between a self-hating Jew and an Uncle Tom shows that some psychological beliefs of minorities are behind these phenomenas.

I'm not surprised by the acts of these self-hating Jews in Israel. A self-hating Jew I knew remarked that Jews would cease to exist in five years. Actually, I'm surprised there aren't any violent attacks done by self-hating Jews in America.
