Seeking a movie.

Hey, I am looking for a movie I saw a while ago, I remember some minor details about it that I'm sure will help you help me.

It's about a child abductor or child killer, something along those lines. It's 1 or 2 years old I think. He leaves clues behind him, like notes and pictures. It's like the Zodiac, the killer is always one step ahead. I remember a scene from the movie, you see a child swinging on one of those tires on a chain that you find in playgrounds, forgot the word for it in english. Anyway the mother of the child is hanging up clothes on a line, and suddenly she goes to check on the child and it's gone, but the thing is still swinging. Thanks!

No not really, it's a serial-killer or serial-abductor or whatever it's called. It's more along the lines of Zodiac.
