Can someone explain what's involved in making units available when certain events fire off?
I figure I need to make some new events and then edit EDB to allow the construction of the units only after the event has fired.

After the faction requirements you put "and event_counter {insert event name here} 1 (or 0 if you want the event to disallow it)".
