Making a faction...

I got 2 questions, just answer on one of them if you dont know anything about the other.

1) I made a new faction, Ireland. I copied somethings and that, but i dont know how to copy the Standard Index (The small icons on the banners you see on cities and armies on the campaign map) over to the main m2tw.

2) How do you get the logo you see when the turn go and you press on when you wanna see family tree, diplomacy, etc...
