Hotkeys please

Somehow, I managed to hit something so that whenever i open the hotkeys thing on the campaign map, the console opens, and it loads a random save.
i also managed to hit two hotkeys buttons. i want to disable them, they are annyoing. but i cant see which ones they are.

its the one that makes te name of each characcter show up underneath them, i want to get rid of that.

and the one that makes the only way to see the income/happiness/other thing bar that is normall under the all of your cities necessary to roll over to see. i keep having riots because i dont know that they are mad, so id like to make this revert to normal.

so, what are teh keys for that?

ps, if you have a way to solve the first problem, that works too.
