Default No 864 turn bug in SPQR

    Hello,

Just for those that heard of a possible bug in RTW of only 864 turns allowed, I have tested this by running SPQR for 4 hours on AI and exceeded 900 turns without issue. So this bug is related to something else, and the fans dont have to worry about their campaigns being limited. This is just for those that were following a a comment in one of the Topics.

Hi It1956, I was the person having problems with 4tpy scripts and 854 turns. I am delighted to be proved wrong that RTW does not have a turn hard coded limit.
I was working on mods which had senate removed or senate missions removed, which may well have caused this problem.
I therefore retract my statement about HC turns limit, with the basic RTW game engine. regards. magpie.

I am glad magpie you brought it up, if we modders dont work together we wont solve alot of problems that are or are not hardcoded. So this was all good to find out. As some may have not tested their mod and assumed. I am just glad its not Hardcoded and that I could help. Now you have the hard work of figuring out how to get passed this bug.

Why, why why do you guys close all these threads? Closing threads just means people have to make new threads if they do have something to say on the topic, or post in an existing thread and make that thread run off-topic. Right now half the first-page threads of this forum are close... Is there a good reason to close these threads?

Some threads needed to be closed so others wouldnt get overshadowed.
