Indeed. Only reason why Obama's there is because he's current, and current events get more attention in search engines because more people search them.

Write "antichrist president", and you'll see what I mean.

That's not true.

Google doesn't care if the article is about Obama or not.
It's only searching for the exact phrase "most loved US presidents", or any part of it.

The article just happens to be a good match for that phrase.
Also, All those pages are probably linking to each other, which also helps to improve their ranking.
But it shouldn't rank 7 times on the first page because duplicate content normally gets penalized.

My theory is: someone placed that article on 30 different blogs at the same time, and Google thinks it's good content.
Google didn't yet realize all the pages are the same, but once it does (probably in 1 week time when Google bot re-visits the sites), all but the first cached page will be penalized for duplicate content.

One could argue that Obama is more "presidential" before becoming President than Bush is with 8 years of on the job experience.
