Hello, everyone!

I am having difficulty playing this game on Steam. I used to be able to play by altering the game path options on Steam to run FKOC but now that I installed Kingdoms, playing any mods seem to be next to impossible.

Does anyone have any advice?

Sure there can. But of those that manage to download nobody bothers to mirror to somewhere else instead its always "hey mirror to megaupload (or xxx) why don't you". I don't know what the problem of Rapidshare is - they even killed off the Stainless Steel mirror because of "illegal content". My apologies for seemingly directing this at you only as you are simply just the last one mentioning the mirror problem. So to those that get through and have a nice upload speed - please take a moment and mirror it to megaupload etc and post the link here. I'm currently uploading to filefront but that will take at least 2 hours.

Hya folks! this mod looks great and it is one of my favorite times in history. Needless to say i really want to play it so i have installed the mod, created a shortcut but the game is windowed. Now i know that a solution to this has already been posted but i try to edit the file but it will not save. I have tried editing it in both notepad and wordpad and both saves fail. I am running on Vista too

Please help if you can ... thank you

Is that normal that -i patched the game with 1.5- the marking on the right upper corner shows 1.03, but when i try to patch with 1.5, said that already patched?

I don't remember very well but I guess you're looking at the M2TW version, not the FKOC version.

Yep, M2TW version, but i downloaded the kingdoms ver, and it works. Anyway i still donno why 1.03 apperars, not 1.05 at the settings screen.

I've downloaded and installed the mod but all that has happened is that a few icons have popped up. I don't know what to do with them them, when i cleck some things nothing happens, do i have to find something in the folder?

you need to install it into the med 2 folder, once it is installed click on the batch file to play

Thanks, it is working now. However my Retrofit isn't working anymore when it was fine until i installed this. Will i have to sacrifice Retrofit to play this or is it something unrelated?
