ok, i need help, there is something wrong with the banners, as in they are there but dont move during the battle, i cant play history battles, and when i try to play the 1099 ad campaign it just takes me back to campaign select. Help please

Don't know what's with the banners, do you mean the flag-bearer units or the normal whipping engine banners? The latter ones must work as usually, and the flag-stuff itself of the bearer-units can't move or "float", as they are modelled like weapons.
As for historic battles, there is only one historic battle playable and this one must be playable (Hastings).
Further, the additional 1099 campaign isn't playable at the moment and it's normal that this takes you back to menu (is complete wip, and is also described in the release thread).
Also, if you start the game the first time, you need to start one time the Main Campaign mode, before you attempt to start the Custom or Historic Battle mode, because the game needs first a valid map.rwm file generated by this initial campaign start. If this makes now trouble, you can delete the eventual wrong map.rwm file and then start the Main Campaign first before you go into other modes than the campaign mode. (map.rwm: open the chivalry/data/world folders until you have found the map.rwm files with bytes in the campaign folders and the base folder, delete them manually and close (but a zero byte map.rwm file doesn't matter).

Yes, what is with banners?
I see only soldiers are flag bearer, but no ordinary large banner. So, when battle starts I don't know in the heat of battle which is my and which is an enemy army. And when rooting starts, mess is even worse
... I just don't know who fight whit whom.

Perhaps the problem both of you is that you have a custom preferences.txt file active, just one with banners disabled.
Within the chivalry modfolder you can find a preferences folder with .txt and help about the preferences theme.
If nothing helps, then you can always solve the situation: simply copy/paiste your RTW (or BI) default preferences.txt file to be found in the main directory into this chivalry/preferences folder. That should do the trick to have ie. the whipping banners again, and also the odd green arrow marker ...
