    Default Romans error with the game

    I am playing as the romans. It is summer 261 bc and have discovered an error with the computer. When tarentum expands to 12000 people I have the pop up saying that I should build a pro consuls palace. But when I go to the build que its not there. What the hell is going on. I cant play the game with Tarentum one of my biggest cash producers not being able to upgrade to next palace. Can someone help me figure out a way around this problem.

    Government buildings require a certain level of the market being built first. Try to upgrade your market to forum level and it should work.
