Files not found! HELP!

i am very upset because this mod look great but the launcher is being a ing pain in the rear.

when in the launcher, i type the letter of the campaign i want to play and it says it cannot find this file or that file but it finds other files and it goes into the launch screen but then immediately exits out and shows and error window but no specific error or problem is shown. just a blank window.

HELP! ive been searching all the threads for a solution and ive yet to find one!

things ive done: i dled the launcher fix and there was no difference, i always make sure i run it as admin, and i uninstalled all other mods

none solve my problem!
please help! i would love to play your mod! !!

EDIT: ok i feel really stupid! i didnt see that i needed the base installation of 3.0! please disregard this thread tehe thanks!
