Against all my assumption, that the recent patches on 0.98 solved the camp ctd around 1098, there is one new public ctd-report "no matter which faction, the game ctd's at 1098 while end_turn".
Please, any Chiv I gamers, report here in this thread, if this is still a common valid bug in the build.
Means, if you play a 0.98.11(c*) campaign, then please continue to around 1100 AD, and report if it is stable or not, asap.
