Has a lot of stuff and a few pretty good ones, especially the one about the logistics of expeditionary forces, the permanent camps along the major military roads in Anatolia, the organisation of the tagmatic units, byzantine artillery, byzantine siege warfare etc.

They also have even more stuff on the crusades. I suppose it will be helpful since it is a close fit to the period than the byzantine source. Have a look, here.
