    Here two images that should help you install the mod if you are still experiencing doubts/difficulties.

    Once you have downloaded the mod from whichever upload site is working at the moment, you double click on the RAR folder.
    What you see right now should look like this:

    What you do is to simply drag the two files and the folder into your Medieval II Total War folder (to make it easier if you have never done this before I suggest you already have it open on your desktop)

    Your Medieval Folder should now look somehow like this:

    Note that there are three items called HundredYearWar in here now, which weren't there before you dragged them over from the downloaded folder.

    To play the mod make sure you have the medieval disc in your drive, and double-click the HundredYearWar.bat file (the second HundredYearWar file in the list).

    I hope this helps.

    PS Oh, and I believe you need the normal Medieval patches for it to work (1.1, 1.2 and 1.3, I have forgotten if you really need the third one, someone posted here saying it works fine with just the first two). You can get the patches at the .com (I actually don't know whether they have them here as well, might be...)

    Great mod this is feedback about it

    1. in wales especialy the north of wales it could have moutains there becouse of snowdonia. do sort of the same as the alps but not as high.

    2. Donald of scotland is in for England mabes there should be scotland in the map to make it more fair for the 2 main factions becouse france has got aragon, burgandy up there backsides lol

    3. movement could be longer its abit to short or mabes have 4 seasons per year.

    4. have a castle for HRE hard to start troops for them.

    5. mabes add ireland for competitive

    6. call wales Gwynedd becouse thats the faction which was rebellin in wales.

    7. mabes add the channel islands as a stragtedic area.

    8. the amount of provinces is great.

    9. Its good that you chosing the units for that era

    10. good use on burgundy

    11. south of england are there ment to be cliffs

    12 great campain map

    13. mabs add joan of arc

    14. add some castles.

    15. i like that you made some buildings of like the merchant bank

    Cant wait for the next mod vry beautifal

    Next factions to add are Flanders and Wales. Later we will probably add Brittany and Navarre. Scotland is still under discussion. Generally, France is meant to be a lot harder than England.

    We tend to use "normalised" names, I mean we prefer usually English versions to original ones, to keep the game easy to read/play.
    I prefer the name Kataphraktoi, or even Κατάφρακτοι, but for most pple it just doesn't make sense. Cataphract is a common use

    It is much harder than it seems. But I keep trying to do something good this way..

    This mod will be one of the best i've ever played! espacially when the new version will come. please can you tell me a date when the new version comes out, PLEASE!!!! I want to play flanders

    klok:

    there is good and bad news.

    the bad news is that Flandres and Wales are simply not ready yet (but will be very soon).

    The good news is that we have decided to release an intermediate version that plays much much better, and looks better as well. Tons and tons of small bugs have been eliminated, and the AI has been pepped up as well.

    I still have not managed to win a campaign as France.

    We're putting things together at the moment. Stig has got some really nice mercenary units ready, and vas has done a lot of work. In fact so much work that now he is cleaning up after himself.

    The release should be imminent. We will notify you here.

    By the way: if it works we have also included Hunter Makoy's brilliant ultimate education mod idea as well as agart's large castle mod.

    I am holding myself back right now, because I got a numerics of differential equations exam to pass next tuesday.

    one more question. are ther any historical things? sush as 'The emergent of Joan of arc' and 'the black dead'. i am from holland so my English is not so good.

    Not really any historical things yet ... this is mainly an early beta, those things aren't in yet, but will be ... whenever we find the time to do stuff. OAM and I have exams and Vas is Greek, which means he's more into throwing bricks lately

    I see news have reached your ears! Situation is really bad here. Anyway.

    I am trying to put Joan D' Arc in the game, but in a nice way. I think I will be able to put it in the next release.
    I think Black Death is already in, and if not, it will be.
