For the Campaign AI -
Does it recieve the same field script cost as the player? I notice alot, the AI won't move out of it's own territory due to it being bankrupt. However, soon as they get some money, they go on the offensive.
I'm not sure the script cost is related, but I'm pretty sure the actual economic problem prevents the ai from expanding. or perhaps they are just relatively slow. for instance, the Rhos Khagnate just took a new province in 50 turns. They haven't been at war either.
I was just curious. If it's the case, I was thinking of ways to boost the game AI econimies to make them a bit more offensive and less defensive. This is really only the case for the smaller factions since they just use all permissable income to keep stacks up.
The big ones don't have issues.
