I'll tell you what was poetic. I saw a pic of the execution site a couple of days ago. Each site had a wooden chair, with an upright post behind it, and two cross beams for tying the condemned. But the condemned decided to die standing up. So they removed the chairs and one of the crossbeams. So they were killed tied to crucifixes.....

Even Malaysia does not abandon states like Sabah or Sarawak so likewise Indonesia should not abandon the other island states. And islands like Irian Jaya provide a lot of handy cash. Plus, Sumatra offers a place to dump all your radicals.
