Because he is 10^10 times better than his opponents, who are a bunch of unlearned, incapable and corrupt do-nothings imbued with outdated and disruptive political ideology.

Additionally: Silvio is right. It was a joke (one of his many silly jokes). But although I wouldn't make such a joke myself, I can appreciate being governed (as opposed to living in a state of total anarchy under his predecessor) even if my PM is silly.

So taking fingerprints from every Roma (Italian born or not) is not against the original Italian constitution, only changed for a rascist purpose and satisfieng populistic mob needs("replacing"=tearing apart familys).
That an EU commision had no problems with it, does not make it right, as there are many interests in other EU countrys to get simular gaps within constitution going.
