    Default Custom cities

Seeing as this is going to be one of the the biggest mods for m2tw, I was wondering if you guys are going to create custom cities like these http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=122992? Regardless of whether you are going or not, I can't wait for this mod.

As far as I can remember, although Basileia merged with DotS, Flogi is planning to release the cities later as a seperate mini-mod thingy for the general modding community... :hmmm:

And on top of that Hross said it really wasn't possible since doing something grand like custom cities took up 2 region slots...or something like that. :hmmm:

Not exactly. You are confusing Rusichi concept with custom battle models of cities, which is I believe what eggthief meant.

We might still use modified concept of Rusichi (instead of two settlemetns next to each other it will be one settlement and PSF).

But we will not for the first release introduce any new battle models of cities. It is far too much work to do it and reward is not really that big. It is also extremely buggy usually. And after all DotS is focused on other (in our opinion far more important) features. But I do not exclude it entirely :-)

Constantinople didn't fall properly in a seige for 1000 years, its awesome defences must be seen!

For any who are interested by my FF on occurrences in Rhun and beyond; I have begun a new project (not because the old one is finished, just opening more room for ideas) about one of the minor characters, Rankal. It is in the Third Age AAR index and here is the link http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=376994
