Obama, as I'm sure you all know, has won the president-elect with 333 electoral votes.
But what many people forget is that, just 42 years ago, it was illegal for a black person to drink from the same fountain as a white person.
232 years ago, with the signing of the United States Constitution, blacks were slaves that worked on plantations or as indentured servants.
Now, for the first time, a black man has won the election.
It's really something, when you think about it. I mean, so many said, "How funny! A negro being elected president? Bah! It shall never happen."
How times have changed.
