No, i just posted on the other thread,

Sieges are already boring enough , Cities already have enough troops defending almost always full stacks, and even if it doesnt, theres always armys near to defend the town.

Only optional , but the mod team should not give this task a high priority . Perhaps in a patch or something .

As distinct to working on RS2? No way!

Well perhaps like the forced diplomacy mod a fan rather than the team could work on adapting a garrison mod to RS, then release it as an optional download.
That way the team can focus fully on RS2, but the mod still gets released and anyone who wants it in their game can download it.

It would be cool to have it linked to traits
To me it doesn't really matter if it slows the game down. The longer I can enjoy my campaign

Nobody can deny, that the AI is stupid in holding cities. I always send spies to open the gates, and than capture most of them with almost no resistance. An optional garrison mod would therefore be great, as lolgast said, for longer campaigns

I don't think the voting options really cover all the aspects of the mod. Personally, I'm all in favor of an optional script that adds garrisons to important economic / military strongholds throughout the campaign map.
