How to play this mod in Windowed Mode?

How can I play this mod in windowed mode?
Any help would be appreciated.
Regardless, so far i'm enjoying the many many changes!

Look through this thread before making a new thread like it if you don't bother searching for the answer there then here it is:

If you want to put RTW in window mode for you won't have problems is by adding -ne to the end of the target in the shortcut like this.

"E:\Program Files\Roma Surrectum 1.5b\RomeTW.exe" -nm -show_err -ne
