    EU II have historical events?
for a historical inmersion of the campaign.
for example in kingdom expansion in the britain campaign the historical event of williams wallace and historical event of paradox game style.

It depends a bit on what you consider historical events. EB is not about history-on-rails. There won't appear a Carthaginian army in northern Italy in 218 BC. This event was dependent on too many factors, so it's unrealistic to have it occur automatically. Nor will historical characters beyond the starting date be included: you have to recreate Hannibal, you won't get him automatically.

However, things that are out of the scope of the player will occur, like the Yuezhi invasion.

I was pretty sure Foot said the Yuezhi wouldn't be in.

As a faction they won't appear, but as an event they will.
