Default First reaction if McCain dies.

It isn't any secret that Palin is very , VERY , hated , so what is your first reaction if a day after being sworn into office McCain dies.

Laugh at the flaws of American democracy, and the people who voted for them.

Wonder who will take the US's place as a superpower.
Oh and I'd make fun of all those who voted for a McCain ticket, they voted for their own demise. Additionally, I'd hope she doesn't shoot the world dead like a caribou.

In the event McCain dies in the theoretical circumstance that he becomes president, I would hope that Palin had the brainpower to step down as president.

however this would make Nancy Pelosi president (provided she's still speaker of the house), and then Robert Byrd after her, and I hate both their guts, so...

I am sick and tired of everyone here already buying flowers for McCain's funeral... Yes he's not a young man.... but does that mean he's only got minutes to live??

Need I remind you that the only age restriction for the Preisdency is "youth" not how old someone is.

And if you rememer back, Ronald Reagan was 69 when he became President barely a month shy of his 70th birthday... and not only did he live through his 2 terms but he lived another 15 yrs after that...AND the guy was shot...how many 70 yrd olds do you know that can take a bullet??

So... I really hope I dont hear anymore of this McCain's too old...or the whole McCain's gonna die nonsense... becuase noone knows how long any of us have.... to argue otherwise is an exercise in futility and stupidity

I see your point and it doesn’t annoy me a bit as with age comes experience and wisdom, something that Obama doesn't have.

However consider this. Being President of the USA has to be the most stressful job in world, everyone wants you to solve their problems and right now your country is involved in a never ending battle in Afghanistan and making slow progress in Iraq, on top this your economy is falling apart. This is difficult for a young man to take let alone someone as old as McCain so it's only right that people would worry about his health if he took office.
Tony Blair who was Prime Minister of the UK had heart problems whilst he was at his post and he was only 53 at the time.

Now then, time for some McCain's an old man and Obama's a terrorist spoof video.

The Democratic Congress would make Palin harmless.
"Romans not only easily conquered those who fought by cutting, but mocked them too. For the cut, even delivered with force, frequently does not kill, when the vital parts are protected by equipment and bone. On the contrary, a point brought to bear is fatal at two inches; for it is necessary that whatever vital parts it penetrates, it is immersed. Next, when a cut is delivered, the right arm and flank are exposed. However, the point is delivered with the cover of the body and wounds the enemy before he sees it."

Nothing would happen. She won't be able to do anything. She will just sit there until 2012. Hilary Clinton will then become President of the United States.

Provided he was President, I would get a bombshelter and the biggest gun I can find, it wouldn't be too long before that woman decided that small islands were similar to mooses and caribou... Fun to hunt. If McCain wasn't President, I would laugh at the McCain supporters who hated Palin and wanted to take the chance.

    Oh, and FACEPALM!!!\

Regardless of how much of a chance there is of him dying, since I believe he has had cancer before, which Reagan didn't (Who also developed Alzheimers during Presidency, so is not such a good example) The problem is the woman that would replace him

Yes, though according to his staff he was half out of his mind with age-related Alzheimers by mid-way though his stay. He would just phase out during briefings, forget who he was talking to, and showed a particularly troubling tendency to confuse his past movie roles with actual events in his life.

lol true, anything she does wrong will be blamed on her sex instead of her individual prowess. that will certainly doom future female hopefulls. in any case, lets hope she never gets there or she might go maverick

I would genuinely laugh. Not at McCain, poor soul, but at America and the stupid 'patriotic' religious nuts as they observe the destruction of their super power nation.

Reagan only developed Alzheimer years after his presidency. This affirmation has no concrete proof.
