Christian Rock is terribad

Ah, i have about 5 to 10 christian bands. They are awesome, not because of their religion or their message, but just because they are good. I dont believe in something man made up to control other men.

Bands like:

Haste the Day
Fireflight
Underoath
Skillet
Flyleaf
12 Stones
August Burn Red
The Devil Wears Prada

The only ones i've even remotely liked were Creed and POD.

There nothing wrong with metal I listen to Pantera all the time. the rest too.

Just stay away from Black metal. (listen to Unblack metal its the christian version)

look for the metal band Angra - they have some songs that are christian rock, and some that aren't. Overall it's a pretty good band (the vocalist was third to get into Iron Maiden, and they play really well).

I reccomend specially Heroes of Sand, The Voice Commanding You, Spread your Fire and Nova Era.

My name is Christian and i know i cant sing but still be a little more gentle about it.

The only band with 'christian' lyrics I listen to (though they hate being called a christian metal band) is Trouble:

There are some really good Christian rock bands that are just plain good bands, being Christian doesn't mean they can't make great music, I think Red is my favorite.

I don't like the kind of Christian rock they play on the radio, that's just plain annoying and mushy. I call it the "Wave your hands to heaven and cry because God loves you" bs. Now, bands like August Burns Red, yeah, I can dig it.
