i tried and happened the same thing .
i should have M2TW patched to 1.5 right ?
maybe this is the problem patched to 1.5 ..
or ornamentum got to be on 1.3 patched ?

... and yes, ornamentum work with 1.2 and 1.3 patch.

ive got exact problem..... after finishing download I then double click the installer then same problem...
