Yes I remember those good days... we had such high hopes and great idea discussions. If that mod was fuelled on ambition alone then it would have been completed ages ago. Lets hope this mod turns out better, I'm sure it will!
I would contribute to this one too but i have since made commitments to other mods, but i wish it the best of luck none the less!

Nice bunch of factions. It would also be nice to have several factions in the new world such as Atzecs and Mayans and some northern tribes from the Kingdoms.
The map will not go beyond Europe, and Georgia in the east.
oh well fighting in the dense jungels wouldnt be good for my PC anyways![]()

I'm sorry guys, but the place of the best M2TW mod is reserved for Tsardoms. DoTS will have be happy with the second place.
Kidding aside, I really like how different teams try to make their particular project the best, but we still help each other out. You will rarely see that kind of "friendly competition" in the real life. I guess that is because we are all doing this as a hobby (ie for free), but, still, it is nice nice to see it...

I agree Sarmatian. It is good to remember that we are friends who should be helping each other. I think Tzardoms will be a great mod and no doubt the best of its kind, but Dominion has a different focus and philosophy, so I don´t think we need to worry about competing with each other. People will play both mods for different reasons. I know I will...
This is really awkward. Can DOTS be played on a MTW2: Kingdom cracked version ( but the base Medieval 2 total war is a genuine one).
This mod seems to be the EB of medieval. I surely like a realistic and accurate mod, so I have high hopes for this mod.
