Just wondering, you asked permission to use that knight render, right? I saw it a few months back on Deviantart. By the way this looks very promising. I'm going to be watching it's progress closely... maybe too closely... I'd be willing to help with some things if need be. I can do some music and know a bit of coding and am pretty good at Photoshop. I wouldn't be able to do alot because I'm working on a couple of my own mini-mod-type-things as well as Polemarchia Total War.

sounds good have a question about the moving of troops by boat tho, will it take more than 1 boat to move a stack of twenty troops in one turn?

second will you possibly have a logistics action to it similar to what stainless steel has?

i definetly like the political aspects you will incorporate they sound good.

    oh what about traits?

This looks like a great project but you really need Ireland in order to make balance in the British isles. To compensate for this you could remove Sakartvelo or Pisa.

For Dominian of the Sword to be uber as envisiged, you will need to take on some of the Micro-Management features of Deus Le Vault.

-Like Military/Agent Costs doubling in foreign Lands.
    -Economic Recessions/Normal/Boom Periods of growth.
    -Economic periods affecting Market/Road/Mines/Fishing Growth.
    -Building of Dungeons
-The Ability to throw unloyal Generals in Prison.
-The Ability to retire Generals when they reach a certain age.
-Events that affect Generals abilities when choosing yes or no.
    -The Building Points system.

Well, I wanted to tell you guys that I love the attention to history and detail plus the introduction of gameplay features and faction based administration. I have always played Deus Lo Vult for depth but it seems that your mod will be my best option when it comes out. I await your release with immense interest!

We're doing our best . Unfortunately the settlements will not have custom maps in the campaign, though the battlefields should be reasonably well representative of the real area due to our map being generated from CIA and NASA topography data. That sounds pretty cool, when you phrase it like that, eh.

Good news. Deus lo Vult is ok, but imho i think DotS can best it in terms of history and depth.
A new mobile phone tower went up in a town in the USA, and the local newspaper asked a number of people what they thought of it. Some said they noticed their cellphone reception was better. Some said they noticed the tower was affecting their health.

A local administrator was asked to comment. He nodded sagely, and said simply: "Wow. And think about how much more pronounced these effects will be once the tower is actually operational."

Yeah, why not... I would like to help and do my best. That is with, history research, unit ideas, roster ideas, descriptions etc.
As I see, the idea for this mod looks really promising - I hope this will turn out great!

this looks very promising and with that mod, i can deinstall DLV!

I would also offer my help, even if you said you have a huge team.
    perhaps you need me...

i could work as a historian for the HRE and France. (i have also ideas for units, rosters etc.)
I also have experience with coding (nearly every faction file like decr_strat, descr_expanded(hope it is the right one, i did them 2 months ago) etc., i made them for the factions flanders and jerusalem of the Mod Road to Jerusalem) I also learned a little bit of scripting, like including special events (turks capture constantinople) and spawning characters.

and i just got into the mapping course at the TWC University

so far i'd be glad if i could help.

Yes ,we received permission for the artwork, we have several graphic artists outside of the modding/tw community onboard to help with general PR and in-game images.
