help with changing the faction settlements

hi , i used a Clouds across europe mod , so there is already a mod folder and all extracted files used

now i wanted england to look more like normandy , so i copied settlements of london york and notingham in descr_strat from england to slave faction , so only caen province left to england (to look like normandy) i also deleted some characters that were in old provinces , and the ones that are in family tree , i moved into town of caen and around it

however , when i want to start the game , it doesnt want to , i did something wrong ? is there any other text files that need to be changed or anything else i missed

COPIED the settlement entries from England faction to Slave faction or MOVED? The first will surely give an error.
Anything in the error log?

moved of course , i deleted entry that left in england

What did you do with the garrison of those cities? Moved them to the slave faction (needs changing to sub_faction in one line) in descr_strat or gave them new co-ordinates?
Family tree is a bit dicey, your fault could be there.

ahh ok i fixed it, all problem was i accidentaly cutted "settlement" title of caen province when i was editing descr_strat
