Seljuk Crown
Hello all;
I have recently begun playing the Seljuk Sultanate, and am not being able to crown my heir upon becoming Sultan. I get the Diabeker governor's title, and some regal ones, but not the Seljuk Crown that the Sultan has starting in 1180.
Is there a set of extra provinces that I need to gain upon starting the game, or do I need to move my capital to another city...?

Re: Seljuk Crown
Hello
It could be that your Heir has too many ancillaries (like drillmaster or architect etc.)
try transfering ancillaries to other familly members so your heir only has 5 ancillaries, since in order to be crowned, your king needs 3 slots available over the 8 total possible ancillary per familly member.
That said I had this problem with my Flanders king. I forgot to transfer ancillaries before puting him in the capital, I transfered ancillaries the turn after, my new king got the privy seal and the royal banner but never got the crown
hope i could help

Re: Seljuk Crown
I will check it out, but I believe that my last Sultan, who is 16, I assasinated one due to the whole minus ten gov. points ever increasing (mostly I believe due to no crown), and still no actual crown appearing.

Same problem in 6.0 so far. With the Seljuks only. I only have 3/4 annciliaries and still cant get crowned in the capital of Diabeker (never lost it or anything). It is a tad bit annoying as the rebellions continue due to no crown for a while.

Bowden, get the character you want the ancillary transfered over to in the same stack/city/castle as the character with it and simply drag it over onto his portrait, should just "click" right over provided he has enough free slots himself.
AFAIK there are some ancillaries and titles that cannot be transferred. I think drillmaster and adultress, things like that but im sure there are more.
