Beginner question

I just installed ss6.1, sstc1.2 and rr1.2+rc1.7, so far I am very impressed.

I am wondering though, am I missing anything important?

Is there anything which makes the game harder? Like more money for AI, better AI starting units, massive mongol invasion script or garrison script maybe?

byg's BGR mod is always good to make things harder for you. You will barely ever be able to recruit good units unless youre king or prince is in the castle and its above 80% youre religion. enjoy.
