Senate Question

I want to make the Senate not to give me any mission, but I want them be in the game.
The relations between me, other Romans and the Senate to be netural, but I want to be able to attack them.

Search in the downloads section for makanyane's "Neutralised Senate" mod. Download it, read the read-me, compare the files it contains with the vanilla RTW files and you'll know then how to incorporate it in your mod.

I don't make a mod out of it. I just wanna to change few things.

Well, technically, since you are modifying the game, you are making a mod. Anyway, just download mak's mod and see how she does it. She changes a number of files, so you can't just overwrite your files with hers without whipping out your personal editions, so you'll need to do it step by step. It's not hard.
