None of the others really appealed to me. At this point I'd have to say none of the above.

    Ron Paul =Number one choice.

IF for any reason he wasn't running, I'd take baldwin. If neither looked like they were getting anywhere, I'd choose Edwards. If Edwards wasn't running it'd be Clinton. If Clinton wasn't there... Huckabee. ANd I think that's far enough down the line of "what if they didn't exist"'s.

    Ron Paul.

If not him, then none of these.

Here is my list of people I would have prefered to run from both parties:

    Gen. Wesley Clark

Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO from 1997 to 2000.

    George Pataki

George Elmer Pataki (born June 24, 1945) is an American politician who was the 53rd Governor of New York serving three consecutive four-year terms from January 1, 1995[1] until December 31, 2006. He is a member of the Republican Party and was seen as a possible 2000 and 2008[2] Presidential candidate.

(extra rep from me , being a Hungarian descent )

Jesse Ventura (James George Janos) "The Governing Body" , former Navy Underwater Demoliton Team member, former wrestler and former governor of Minnesota.

General H. Norman Schwarzkopf (also known as "Stormin' Norman" and "The Bear") retired United States Army General who, while he served as Combatant Commander of U.S. Central Command, was commander of the Coalition Forces in the Gulf War of 1991.

Mitt Romney obviously... Huckabee would be good though but might end up like Jimmy.

I do think their prospects going forward are very solid."

I so wish I could give rep right now!
As a teenager, I was taken to various houses and flats above takeaways in the north of England, to be beaten, tortured and raped over 100 times. I was called a “white slag” and “white ****” as they beat me.

Is McKinney the one who went ballistic when a security cop doing his job stopped her when she wasn't wearing her ID?

That's her she struck the cop She also claimed cops/military took 5,000 prisoners during Katrina and shot them in the head and dumped them into the swamp, cops killed Tupac and covered it up and of course Bush was behind 9/11. Absolutely amazing she managed to remain in the House for nearly 15 years....

    Ron Paul

He would of disabled the government, into the necessary parties, ie consolidated it into only the basic entities, He would let us do what we want, except injure one another, this is the type of government we need, Right now, we cant buy a house or a car, or food, or anything without the government giving you permission, you cant do anything without them knowing.

Ron paul has his head screwed on, he should be up there as the republicans choice, i mean who in the hell would vote for mccain, hes bush stooge and everyone knows it, There is no doubt about vote fraud, 60% of america knows 9/11 was setup by government, 60% knows our government is currupt, Then why the hell in gods green earth do they vote Mccain, a man who bush himself backs!

Paul would basically, pull out of all our military bases in the world, pull out of iraq, stop all this bullying everyone, stop aggravating china and russia, its crazy, it would be like ancient rome aggravating parthia, the only known civilisation in those times that completeley crippled the roman legionary.

Our time is over, Our "Constitutional Republic" Cough empire, Has fallen, our economy is weak, our military over-stretched, just like ancient rome, And also just like ancient rome, we have adapted there eagle, we have adapted there republic and there terms, we have statues of ancient rome on wall street and capitol hill, AND also just like ancient rome, our defensive policy, cheh yeh right, is to be offensive, And ultimateley, just like ancient rome, our corruption has caused our downfall.

God bless the United States Fascist Republic

Well, you're way too extreme. I'm a libertarian, but I think you're out of line with your choice of words.

No, he wouldn't have done any of that.

He talks a big talk, and I'm sure he would accomplish some things to reduce government size, but you can't forget the house and senate, they would never let any of those things happen.
