    Default Weird Moors?

Currently I am playing a Spanish campaign.
First off, I take the rebel settlements, and then sit back to build up a little.
Predictably I am attacked by the Moors.
They siege Badajozz with a full stack, and I defend with a full stack.
Now the strange part. They get royally trounced, and instead of fleeing, they start collecting their siege equipment. Ladders, ram and all. Carefully putting it next to the destroyed mangonel.
I stopped harrassing them for a while, and all these 7-8 men units with very shaky morale just got about with their business:hmmm:

That is strange indeed. Using any mods regarding the Battle AI or you have the one that comes with SS 6.1?

    SS6.1 straight up
Love this game. In the end I hunted them down with my general, went from 1 bronze-chevron, to 3 silver just to finish the battle. No resistance whatsoever. They just trudged along with their ladders and whatnot.

How many times has that happened? I remember something similar from the time I was playing simple MTW2.

If it is something that keeps repeating in battles perhaps get some version of a battle AI. Doing a search you can find a couple, I am currently using Lusted's one..

"Liberty is meaningless where the right to utter one’s thoughts and opinions has ceased to exist. That, of all rights, is the dread of tyrants. It is the right which they first of all strike down." Frederick Douglass
