    Default Realistic Tree Mod re-release

    Hi,

I have reuploaded my mod that made the trees in Rome Total War more realistic qua scaling as I think it can't be found anywhere anymore. It's included in a number of mods (such as RTR). It is compatible with all mods as far as I know. The version is the same as the 1.1 version I made in 2005.

Do mods need to ask for permission to use them? Or can they be used as long as credit is given?
RIP Calvin, you won't be forgotten.

Ehm, I guess everyone can use it freely, but some credit would be nice ofcourse.

Just noticed this - will download as I have always thought the trees in RTW / RTR were ridiculously huge, and a complete pain in the arse when you're trying to have a battle and can't see anything....or when you defeat an enemy and they've left the battlefield but there are one or two single men stuck behind trees somewhere and you have to spend 10 minutes trying to find them and kill them so that you don't lose the battle by exiting early.

    Good job

We included some of your ideas to rescale the trees into our latest release of lotr-tw, and you are included in the credits as Orrieboi (your name in other forum I think). Thank you for your work.

You place the downloaded files in where ? And the idiotic trees that look like a triangle and appear mainly on greek and roman soil are not replaced /shape/ at all.
