Well, this amazing thought came to my head.. (question on inheritance of traits)

More a question than a thought, can you create a race of "super family members" without cheating..

my idea was that.. Say King a marries Queen a and they have a son.

would the Son a inherit abillities from his dad? (in this example we'll use command)

so King a's command is 7, would Son a be nearly as good at commanding?
and if he was, couldn't you inter marry him to your princess, and then the son's son would recieve similiar abilities? is this possible?
