Crusade Gaza

SS'ers I need your input.
I have two full stacks looking for trouble in the Outremer, crusade target is Gaza, requested by me, I want the fortress. Gaza has already been attacked by the Hungarian and the fatties are not that tough any more.
I have redundnacy as you might say, so what would be your secondary target?
Jerusalem- Seljuk held, neutral
Acre- Fatimid, at war
Kerak- Fatimid, at war
Damascus-Fatimid, at war

P.S I have to be careful as Fatties are allied with the Templars, my Hospitallers seriously want to kick there ....

I love Saracen Mercs, also got Armenian Heavies, plus some Catalans!

Usually I'd avoid starting a war against another faction until I've finished the first one off.

What sort of troops have you got - if they are mainly city recruited ones, go for a settlement, if they're castle recruited go for a castle. (And go for the most developed one so you can eventually recruit better troops.)

(Or go for the one that's least well defended.)

My only enemy at this time was the Fatimids, just destroyed England. I arrived at Gaza with my two stacks to find the Fatties had re-inforced and had 2 and a half stacks. The odds were 1:1, i took them and died! My two armies were comprehensively destroyed, they had lots of Al-Haq Heavies and the Heavy Guys with axes. They took me too pieces, I lost a general and retreated.
On the bright side I killed half of them, now my allies the Poles have shown up, they won't succeed, but they weaken the Fatties, for a 2nd try. If that don't work, well the Danes are on the way and they will clear up
