o Loyalty
I was wondering what are the drawbacks of having low loyalty generals other than they are easier be bribed by IA diplomats.
I have a general who has been 0 for maybe 30 turns and nothing happens. I assumed he would become a rebel, but he is a Governor of as settlement so I don't know if that would mean the settlement would turn as well? Basically it seems to me that having low loyalty means nothing except the rpg aspect that this guy hates the king and can be bribed.

Re: o Loyalty
0 loyalty guys are usually rebels, and your king is provoking a civil war. Watch his description. If he is running the settlemente, the settlement will go rebel, and you will not be able to move him. Happens a lot with me.

Re: o Loyalty
Low loyalty guys are no real problem as long as they are governors and don't leave the city.
The problemn with them arises if they have an army in the field as they are HIGHLY likely to go rebel with your expensive army.
What Severloh is talking about is if the Faction Leader has the trait "Offends the Nobility" or "Inspires Civil War" (a worse version) then he may or may not "Disobey His Liege" or become a "Rebel". Only if the two traits are in play will the city have a chance of revolution with him as the governor.

Re: o Loyalty
if you have a general with 0 loyalty, with BGR 3, you really should never, ever let him out of a settlement until your kings dies and he hopefully get's his priorities straight with the new king.
