I'm sick and tired of the Partisan hackery of this board, so I'm giving you something to enjoy.
I think Obama has some funny stuff to, so post that if you have it.

I already posted this in the Presidential thread, but I guess they are welcome again. But this will no doubt turn into the usual crap.
No doubt of course. I loved Obamas jokes though, I cant say off hand whether or not either of the candidates wrote their own jokes or not but Obamas really blew the crowd away and he generally joked about everyone in the room compared to McCain who basically attacked Obama.

They were both pretty funny.

Gotta love this. Good stuff André. Like Erik I'm not a native born English speaker either (he and I are both dutch), but anyone with half a decent sense of humor should be able to appreciate both those speeches.
Just goes to show that the rally-crowds often just take things way over the top. While we're stomping each other's guts on the forums, the pres. candidates themselves are still able to have a good laugh together and that's all that matters.
I've said many things in favor of Obama on these forums already, but I feel like I gotta add something else. Because despite the fact that I'm not a big fan of McCain's campaign, the man himself I do respect. It's the team behind him and Sarah Palin that bother me but McCain has always struck me as a good fellow with his heart in the right place. I know I'll probably catch some flak for saying that, but there it is.
I really like Obama's humor, and McCain slew me. I did really respect McCains closing comments towards Obama. Very classy.

Here's part 2 of 2 of Obama's speech btw. It partially overlaps with the bit you posted earlier André but has enough new stuff.
One of the very few times in my life where I've not only agreed with Obama, but vehemently so. I'm not so much worried about his presidency...I'm worried about his SCOTUS appointments and their ramifications.

McCain's jokes were hysterical although Obama's were also quite good.
Overall i think McCain was better, he came across as more natural.
