Please, I want to play my kingdoms...

Hello everyone.

As the title probably hints, I've purchased a copy of Kingdoms after already having the original game installed. Things went very well.
Even though I was not able to update to version 1.3 (the famous pack_0 problem, please tell me how to fix that too), I managed to enjoy the game and all its dimensions. Until I tried playing the Teutonic campaign.
When I launched a battle in the campaign mode, the game shut down with an unexpected error massage, which you probably know. As mad as I was for not having a functioning Teutonic campaign, I thought I'll just play the other ones and that'll do. guess what? the mistake of running a battle in the Teutonic game also corrupted all the other campaigns. As a matter of fact, now I can't even go beyond the black screen in the beginning. I tried to look at the other threads in this forum - no solution helped. I tried unpacking and deleting the problematic descr_geographic_new - but that did no good except for letting the game take up more space on my hard-drive. I am reinstalling the origin (which was also corrupt) and the kingdoms expansion.

I would have been surprised if you could have played the Kingdom campaigns without patch 1.3 - the patch includes all the necessary files.
What puzzles me is that the expansion didn't install properly. My advice: get a new copy.

Did you change a file? Do you have a mod installed? If so,uninstall, reinstall. Otherwise it will not update and install Kingdoms. No original install found by the installer, no update and upgrade.

Well, it is fairly strange. Even though I got the 1.3 patch to work just now, the problem goes on. It's weird that all the campaigns are fully functional but for the Teutonic order's. Seems like I'll have to buy another copy....

I haven't change a file, not even the descr_strat. I never installed mods on my game - it's pure vanilla.

EDIT: I am proud to say I have found the solution for this nuisance!

Here is how to solve this, if it happens to you:
1. Unpack the game files with the unpacker
2. Uninstall the Kingdoms campaigns
3. Reinstall Kingdoms

For some unknown reason, that solved my pack_0 update problem and got my Teutonic campaign up and running.
