Default "I wouldn't Vote for me if I watched Fox News"

Guess who, Obama said that to Fox News. You know why because fox news is the only moderate news channel out there right now, everyone else is to liberal. Basically what Obama said was if I hear the truth I can't even vote for myself.

    Comment on this.

he's saying that Fox portrays him in a bad light. Which it does.

Then I will be a dinosaurs nephew if those other liberal stations are "fair" and all those other stations talk about McCain and glorify Obama. Fox News even says they are fair and balanced, trys to be fair and balanced, succeeds in being fair and balanced, and if you even watched it you would that Fox talks about both Candidates bad and good.

I didn't say that the other stations were "balanced"

but to deny that Fox is anything but unfair and unbalanced is just sheer stupidity.

An you, sir, may very well be a dinosaur's nephew (don't forget the apostrophe). Of course, it all depends on which "other" stations you're referring to. And I would expect bin Laden to insist he's really a good guy, but that don't make it so. Ever heard of marketing?

I actually watched some Fox today for the first time, based on hearing things here on the forum. Heretofore I've been seeing CNN trying to be unbiased.
(It is hard not to look biased though when McCain screws so many things up and Obama doesn't hehe).

Anyways, my experiment with Fox lasted about 20 mins. What a joke. Why do they even portray themselves as newscasters?

I'm afraid I have to agree with the One on this one.

But in a way, you are a dinosaur's nephew!

And because Fox News says they're fair and balanced, makes it so? I didn't know there were people dumb enough to believe such things.

Yes, exactly. And why do you think they need to keep on repeating that? Because it's and they know it. They are such preposterously unprincipled jokers that they have to keep on saying "We really are fair and balanced - really! Please!"

Real newsmen just ARE. They don't need to talk about it.

You're the first Dinosaur's nephew I have heard about then. Fox is one of the more (if not the most) pro-Republican channels in USA.

Well that's just not right if Fox is moderate you have no damn connection to monkeys and from a liberal point of view the money is your uncle...

Now in all seriousness who the hell still watches Fox for political news?

Fox does lean right... but they do tend be MORE balanced then most others. I won't say that they don't have predominately conservative commentators, but their real reporting (not commentary) is generally well done, not perfect though.

Hell, who cares if Fox is more to the right, at least the Republican party is less corrupt then the Democrat party. And Fox in my opinion is Fair and balanced.
