no stronghold/market rights for denmark?

Hello everyone.
In my late denmark campaign, i can't build any market or stronghold rights. I guess it isn't meant like this. I'm using 3.0 + citadels hotfix.
Hope I#m not the 30.000th to ask this question, couldn't find something in the forum. Is there an (easy) way to fix the problem by myself? Thank you in advance.

Is it a minor city yet?

I'm experiencing the same problem in all minor cities I've upgraded myself. The build options appears in captured minor cities however.

You must be missing some prerequisite. (can't check right now as I am not at home)

you can check in the regions_decrp file...i forget the exact name. its under world/base and if there is a main in the resources list then it can get market and stronghold rights i think.

Ok, I had a look... fair enough... any reason why you can only have the rights in some provinces and not others?

I think they just set it up so that only the historically significant cities will have the additional rights. all you need to do to change that is add main to the resource list of the cities you want to change.

Hmmm... thank you for helping, but somehow it dooesn't seem to work.
I guess you meant the "normal" base folder, not any in the "custom" folder (as it is the main campaign i want to change). The city is called "Arhus" there, not "Aros". Might this be the reason?

You will also have to delete map.rwm in the same base folder, for the change to show up in game.
