Edit polygon, select all of them, then in right panel click "flip"

can you explain me how you did that more precisely? i have the same problem with my units after adding skin modifiers to the cloaks. they aren't visible in the game (alpha and texture are ok and it is mapped correctly). maybe they are reversed somehow? any help?
go to editable mesh>polygon and select all polygons you wish to invert, and then under surface properties press 'Flip'
