I have just loaded Original, then each of the patches, but there is no icon to hit to bring up the game? I have had a brief look on threads, so sorry if this has been asked million times

Alphadelta and CrayonVovCaesar,
Thanks alot for all your help, really appreciated, rep each
Hey Guys,
Still no luck on this one, no icons. I have tried installing 4 times now, to no avail. I think one of reasons below could be the root cause.
1. I have Stainless Steel Mod on or
2. When I downloaded mod and two patches, I did from the local library as my work Internet does not allow access to game sites. The library internet did not allow access to Filefront. Therefore I used Moddb link, which is US based and used Europe option, which may be Eastern US. I of course have Euro non gold version.
Which one of these is the problem
Can you paste in here the exact directory you are telling the installer to install to.
Cheers
The prob is I am at work and PC at home is not on internet, so can't do now, but I can do. However what I can tell you is that I have WINRAR and by extracting All files and replacing in C Drive/SEGA/Medieval2 with mod and two patches. On checking the Med2 folder under programmes it stores the Mod and first patch in folder and then creates a new sub folder for 2nd patch.
It is patched to 1.5, tell me can i install a 2nd copy of Med2, but call it something else in C Drive. As far as patches could I use the patches in Kingdoms 1.2 &1.3 and then stop Kingdoms installation

It shouldn't be creating a seperate sub folder for the 2nd patch. 1.0 1.1 and 1.15 should all be pointed at your MED2 folder.
Cheers
I direct the Mod and two patches at Sega/Medieval2 by Extracting and Replacing the Files.
I am thinking of creating a second version of Med2, but calling it something else in C Drive and patch it to 1.3 only
