211-209 BC crash the game!

I have a problem. It appears somewhere 211-209 BC. I think it has something do to with events. I google it and find there is a fix for certain years however it didn't helped I think because it was about other years. What events happen at this year? How to remove them. I cannot finish the game this way or need to do a speed game .
As you can see it crashes(always) when showing SPQR (Rome) so my guess is I need to eleminate them earlier. Which is hard because I don't have enough people support. I can make Brutii neutral but still cannot attack him. A bug happened where I ambushed his army and we get in war but I ceasefired it . Wasn't sure if he was about to crush me. I am not good at fast growing empire. Maybe I need to kill lots of SPQR generals to piss them off and make war?

Having looked at the error message on goolge it appears as if it's a problem with the Visual C++ code. I don't think anything can be done with it.... Hopefully, someone else may know more about this.

What version of RTW are you playing and where did you get the game from?

Have you been able to run whole campaigns before (beynd the date the game has failed)?

Well patch 1.5 and I don't have other problems. I haven't completed big campaigns and nobody complained about such a problem from the place I get it. I didn't had installation problems.

HERE IS A SUGGESTION - PLS HELP! Play the game by simply pushing end turn like 8 times and get to 207 BC. Save the save and send it to me you can get it from here :
