    Default Vista dreamscenes?

Ok I've been told today, by a computer shop that windows vista HOME premium has the dreamscene features... and the reason my laptop doesn't have this feature is that the graphics card isn't capable enough of running it and it is disabled.

I have been told from alternate sources that only vista ULTIMATE has this feature.

So, if vista home premium does have dreamscenes, how on earth do I enable them?:hmmm:

DreamScenes is NOT available for any other version other than Ultimate. It is an Ultimate only feature.

It's just animated wallpaper. I have it on my internet and htpc computers. Some of them are pretty nice and look good when the computer isn't in use, especially on my htpc computer in the living room running on my plasma t.v.

Psh, You only wish you had a Plasma t.v hooked up to your htpc.

It is not as widely known, but M$ put a bit of a backdoor in Vista to try to entice the more cheap and "share"-friendly people (pirates) to get into Vista at a lower price point in that you can do a full install straight from an Vista Upgrade disc...which is considerably cheaper than a "full" version.

Plus, Windows Vista Upgrade comes with both 32 AND 64-bit versions.

Well, it was a joke with the WinXP upgrade (have either win98 or win95 disk handy you can even ask your friend to borrow one), and it's even a bigger joke with the Vista upgrade, which does not require any previous OS.

Any of you wants to know how to install Vista (completely legal, it's in their copyright terms) completely clean and fully to an empty disk, from a Vista "upgrade only" disk, let me know!
