Possible to run imperial campaign through kingdoms disk?

Hi, Im trying to test out something regarding unit sizes and have been advised to run the imperial campaign through kingdoms disk...

Only thing is that it refuses to do so and tells me to insert the correct DVD rom aka medieval 2 TW imperial campaign disk.

I didn't even know it was possible to run it this way, but apparently so...

In which case... why won't my game launch?

Also, for some odd reason, during the launcher start up screen for kingdoms, all the campaigns are greyed out and I can only start them via the desktop icons.

Any ideas?
