What is the best gaming laptop currently at the market?
What is usually a good price to buy one?
Are the new Macbook Pros any good?
is 2000-2500 dollars a good price to buy a gaming laptop?
Thank you in advance

You should be able to get a decent gaming-capable laptop for about $1500 USD.
Me personally, I like the Toshibas as they tend to have the best bang:buck ratio for gamers.
Dedicated graphics chip, decent cpu. They skimp a little on the stuff that can be upgraded by the end user. Namely RAM and HD. But you get a pretty decent machine that is easily upgradeable and will last you a good while compared to others.
Now, for 2000-2500, you could easily get a nice SLi laptop for gaming. That'd be uber!![]()

What ever you buy make sure it has a strong warranty because your going to need it for when it break down, which it will.
A...gaming laptop?

I know I could always get a desktop machine but I got a customed made one with the specs I have but I ended up returning it because they assembled it poorly, some of the specs they got was not what I wanted and so many bugs with the 4870x2. Thats why I am looking for a good gaming laptop and is the new macbook pro any good?

I have a PC for school and an iMac at home. I ran BootCamp on it and installed Windows on the partition. First thing I did after that was install KotOR, and for whatever reason, the detection tool that inspects your hardware before you run the game the first time, couldn't even detect the processor or video card. And wouldn't you know it, the game crashed almost immediately after starting it up.
Hmm, do you have the latest drivers for your 4870x2? Have you tried moving it to a different slot?

You can assemble a great gaming PC yourself for less than the price of a 'decent' laptop in the same price range. All you'd need to do was find the best components that suit your needs, for prices that won't break the bank.
...like it has been since the beginning of millenium...
I'm assuming the *hint* you gave me Dark_Legion means that you somehow found a solution?
what hint? you mean by solving the problem of the ATI card? no I didn't. I am never going to buy anything from that company.
